1. 오늘 전화영어를 했는데, 매번 필리핀 다정한 사람들과 이야기를 나누다가

나름 comfort zone을 벗어나봤음

 

2. 코소보에 있는 남자 선생님을 신청했음

 

3. 자기소개를 하다가 명상이 취미라고 말하는 사람을 처음 봤음

뭔가 그분은 명상이 삶으로 보여졌음

 

4. 나에게 여러 팁을 주셨음. Brahma Muhurta Ananda State, Samadhi State 용어를 적어주시고 가셨음

 

Brahmamuhurta (Sanskrit-ब्रह्म मुहूर्त, lit. 'time of Bramha') is a 48-minute period (muhurta) that begins one hour and 36 minutes before sunrise, and ends 48 minutes before sunrise. It is traditionally the penultimate phase or muhurta of the night, and is considered an auspicious time for all practices of yoga and most appropriate for meditation, worship or any other religious practice. Spiritual activities performed early in the morning are said to have a greater effect than in any other part of the day.[1]

=> 일출전 1시간 36분전부터 시작해서 일출전 48분전에 끝나는 48분의 시간이라고 보면 된다.

=> Brahmamuhurta is the morning period from 3.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. It is very favourable for meditation.

Ānanda (Sanskrit: आनन्द) literally means bliss or happiness. In the Hindu Vedas, Upanishads and Bhagavad gita, ānanda signifies eternal bliss which accompanies the ending of the rebirth cycle. Those who renounce the fruits of their actions and submit themselves completely to the divine will, arrive at the final termination of the cyclical life process (saṃsāra) to enjoy eternal bliss (ānanda) in perfect union with the godhead. The tradition of seeking union with God through loving commitment is referred to as bhakti, or devotion

7. 강의가 끝나자마자 찾아보니, 힌두교와 불교에서 사용하는 용어로 보였음 

 

8. 오늘 대화한 쌤! 10월 멤버쉽(~11월 16일까지) 마지막 선택한 선생님이었는데 참 마무리가 좋았음!
